The 1,500W power output for heat and a 110,000 rpm motor for steady flow of 23m/s, and with a noise level of just 69dB, you’re not left battling over the din of a traditional dryer.
Perhaps what sets the AirHype apart from the rest is its unibody aluminum design. This ensures longevity and durability, even with everyday use. The package comes with three magnetic styling attachments: an adjustable diffuser, a comb nozzle, and a smoothing nozzle, all designed to cater to a wide range of hair types and desired finishes. Moreover, the T-Sensor inside the device guarantees even heat distribution, significantly reducing the risk of hair damage. The AirHype’s compact and lightweight design is immediately noticeable. At just 0.97lbs, it’s not only comfortable to hold but is also 60% smaller than many competitors, making it a travel-friendly option. The negative ion generator is a noticeable difference-maker, with hair feeling smoother post drying. But negative ion tech inside of a hair dryer is standard now a days. Now, the digital display is a very nice touch! It is user-friendly and visually appealing, offering a clear view of the selected heat and speed settings.
While the hair dryer boasts of 4 heat settings and 3 speed variations, what’s particularly impressive is its heat monitoring safety circuit that checks the temperature 100 times per second. Very Good! This ensures optimal heat for your hair type without the risk of damage.
However, it’s not all perfect. The TYMO hair dryer, though laden with features, comes with a hefty price tag, as of this review. Additionally, its design bears a striking resemblance to many Amazon Dyson knock-offs, which could deter some consumers looking for a unique aesthetic. Also, it worth a mention, the button location needs to be revisited. You can accidentally change the settings. This can be annoying. Finally, while it boasts many advanced features, it doesn’t break into the new technological advancements.
