My Review Thoughhts: Tarte Amazonian Clay Blush
Don’t be intimidated by the shades online because they are a lot more subdued in person. I have three shades of Amazonian Clay Blush: Paaarty (nude), Exposed (nude pink), and Captivating (bright peach). These are my three favorites, and I find them to be the most flattering on all skin tones. Gently swirl your brush into the compact and tap onto your cheeks for a soft wash of color that’s going to last all day long. The pigment of this blush is ultra buildable and blendable for whatever desired cheek intensity you’re going for. The silky texture of this blush glides over any imperfections (from dryness to texture) and has little to no settling into pores or fine lines. No need for touch-ups with this blush, as amazonian clay is the star ingredient providing long wearing cheek color.

Let’s Review How It Compares: Tarte Amazonian Clay Blush is an oldie, but a goodie.
I feel like Amazonian Clay Blush has been around for ever, way before this review, and for good reason. This blush is easy to use, forgiving in color, and long wearing. AKA, the perfect trifecta for cheek color. The award-winning formula gives a fresh, youthful flush of color to cheeks, seamlessly blending over any imperfections without accentuating them. If you’re looking for a more naturally formulated blush, this one is your classic, no frills powder blush.
But, there is a blush I think is better: NARS. NARS Blush comes in 26 shades, ranging from sheer pinks to deep mauves. The silky powder is just as blendable (if not more) than Amazonian Clay Blush and builds up from a soft wash of color to a deep, saturated look. And, NARS Blush is home to one of the best selling, most universally flattering blush shades available: Orgasm.
