I can’t get enough of this Benefit brow pencil. Precisely, My Brow has been my holy grail eyebrow pencil for quite a number of years now. Benefit’s got their brow products down and is home to another one of my faves, 24-HR Brow Setter. The two of these products are an unstoppable duo that I can never not have in my makeup bag. In fact, Precisely, My Brow is one product I always stock up on during the Sephora sale. Yep, it’s that good.

Promises vs. Performance: In the words of Benefit, “oh my WOW… precise & defined eyebrows!”

Precisely, My Brow features an ultra fine tip that is supposed to create natural, hairlike strokes. According to Benefit, this waterproof eyebrow pencil lasts “12 budge-proof hours.” The pencil is said to be rich in pigment, yet blendable. There’s a built in spoolie to help fluff brows, and the pencil is a twist up that never needs sharpening. And, it comes in both mini and full size.

On the surface, this looks like just your average brow pencil. But, it is so much more. The fine tip has just the right amount of density that it doesn’t break easily. It creates super fine, precise hairlike strokes that look natural. As Benefit claims, the pigment is rich. You don’t have to press hard to deposit pigment, yet it is super blendable and forgiving of any mistakes. The pencil does have an incredibly long wear, especially when paired with 24-HR Brow Setter on top. I truly believe this is a foolproof brow pencil that is perfect for beginners or makeup pros.

Finding a shade online can be tricky. If you’re like me and picky about the color of your brows, I recommend swatching these in-store. Even though my hair is blonde, I much prefer the Neutral Medium Brown shade in this product.

How It Compares: I can’t live without this Benefit brow pencil.

I don’t think I’ll ever get enough of this Benefit brow pencil. The performance of Precisely, My Brow is nearly unmatched. It features one of the most precise tips I have come across for an eyebrow pencil, yet it doesn’t break easily. I find a lot of ultra fine tips break even with the slightest amount of pressure. With this one, the pigment is rich, yet forgiving and blendable if too much is applied. The built in spoolie brush makes it easy to fluff brows and blend out any harsh lines.

I will say, I do find I have to repurchase this product often. I run through it pretty quickly, and always stock up during the Sephora sale. But, for the performance, I can overlook this tiny flaw.
