Why We Love It: Anyone else remember the hold Anastasia Beverly Hills Dipbrow had on the makeup world many years ago? Even still, it is the best brow pomade thanks to its iconic formula and performance. This stuff is ultra pigmented, but buildable to fill in and detail brows. It has a little bit of playing time before fully drying down to a matte finish with waterproof capabilities. Dipbrow does take a bit of practice to master it, but once you do you’ll be able to achieve hairlike texture and strokes with precision.
