Clinique Bottom Lash Mascara has the tiniest, cutest wand.
If I’m being honest, I don’t think a specific bottom lash mascara is that necessary. Most times, I use the tips of my mascara wands to reach those inner corner lashes and coat my bottom lashes. Usually, this works for me. However, Clinique Bottom Lash Mascara is a classic. The tiny brush is perfect for the shortest lashes, which is what I truly recommend this mascara for. Let’s dive into Clinique Bottom Lash Mascara Review.
Quick Rating Rundown
:Clinique Bottom Lash Mascara
Promises vs. Performance: This Clinique Mascara boots bottom lashes.
Bottom Lash Mascara is just what it sounds like: a mascara specifically formulated for bottom lashes. The brush is tiny, perfect for those smaller bottom lashes so they still get a boost. While the wand’s main benefit is being tiny and precise, it features separated bristles on one side and thicker bristles on the other. It is smudge resistant and promises to avoid transfer. This formula from Clinique can be worn with any mascara on top, and each tube provides a 90 day supply.
My Review Thoughts: Clinique Bottom Lash Mascara
This is a good mascara to have in your collection if you want a reliable formula for bottom lashes. It doesn’t smudge, transfer, or flake regardless of if your unde eye concealer is set or not. With it being a mascara made for bottom lashes, you won’t get a ton of volume or curl with this mascara, just separation and length. Since it is a wetter, more intense formula, a little bit of product goes a long way. The formula doesn’t dry out fast, so the tube can easily last you a really long time. So, yes, it is pricey, but this isn’t a mascara you’ll go through in even three months time.
Let’s Review How Clinique Bottom Lash Mascara Compares: Necessary? No. Does it work? Yes.
If I need a reliable formula for my bottom lashes that won’t smudge, won’t transfer, and won’t flake, I reach for Clinique Bottom Lash Mascara and it’s worth one or two review thoughts. It has a tiny brush that is perfect to coat short lashes and control for a mess free application. A little bit goes a long way with this wetter formula, and it doesn’t dry out fast at all, so a tube can easily last you six months. I also think this mascara would be great for someone with super short lashes!
Mascaras For Bottom Lashes
My holy grail mascara remains Lancome Lash Idole. It is pricier than Clinique Bottom Lash Mascara, however, it is a full sized brush that does is it all. I can use this mascara for my top and bottom lashes, and reach those shorter inner corner lashes easily. It gives me length, volume, separation, and curl thanks to its curved brush. The brush isn’t too fluffy or thick, making it perfect to paint bottom lashes.
Two other favorite formulas of mine for bottom lashes are MAC Gigablack and MERIT Clean Lash. Let’s talk MAC Gigablack Mascara first. This is a smudge proof, long wearing formula that promises no flaking. It’s precise, tapered brush makes it perfect for both bottom lashes and shorter lashes.
Next, we have MERIT Clean Lash, a clean mascara option that creates the most wispy lashes. Because it’s a tubing formula, it’s great for bottom lashes since it won’t smudge, flake, or transfer. It also has a smaller brush great for getting those pesky short lashes and bottom lashes.
