I had been a fan of Lip Cheat long before I did a full face of just Charlotte Tilbury cosmetics, you know, for science. (In which I discovered Hollywood Flawless Filter, my new favorite bottle of glow.) As expected, Lip Cheat was everything I want in a liner. True to its claims, this creamy lip pencil glided on smoothly and helped me make the most of my lip shape. This long wearing liner did not budge all day. For at least six hours, I enjoyed the look of more defined, shapely, supple lips that this product helped me achieve. The versatile hue of Iconic Nude was beautiful. It layered perfectly under Tilbury’s Hot Lips 2 Lipstick in Dancefloor Princess for a flirty pink look. I also think it would also be perfect for creating the trendy, 90s inspired overlined lip look.
