Laura Mercier Caviar Stick is an iconic cream eyeshadow.
Cream eyeshadow sticks are notorious for their easy to use formula and travel friendly design. No brush is required to apply, plus they can be used in many different ways – from all over eyeshadow to eyeliner to an inner corner highlight. They can be worn alone or mix and matched for a plethora of eye looks. One of the most iconic cream eyeshadow sticks are the Laura Mercier Caviar Sticks. Whether you want some sparkle or a sultry smokey eye, let this shadow stick do all the heavy lifting. Let’s jump into Laura Mercier Caviar Stick Review.
Promises vs. Performance: 12 hours of crease and transfer resistant wear? Let’s see.
Laura Mercier Caviar Sticks deliver intense pigment, versatility, and long wear. Despite the intense pigment, the color is buildable and easy to apply. They swipe on effortlessly onto the lids, blending out with a brush or the fingers. Laura Mercier promises 12 hours of wear that is crease and transfer resistant. Caviar Stick comes in a variety of colors in matte, shimmer, and chrome finishes.
My Review Thoughts: Laura Mercier Caviar Stick
Caviar Sticks have a very foolproof application. The creamy texture glides onto the eyelids smoothly, blending out effortlessly with fingers or a brush. Its formula doesn’t dry down too quickly, so there is plenty of playing time to blend without having to rush. They do set down in place, but are easy to layer for more intense color or a smokey eye.
In my experience, these don’t have the long wear Laura Mercier promises. The wear isn’t bad, but it definitely doesn’t wear crease free for 12 hours. While the color stays true and doesn’t fade much at all, Caviar Sticks start creasing on me around the 6 hour wear mark. I will say, an eye primer does help with the creasing problem some!

Let’s Review How It Compares: Laura Mercier Caviar Stick is a must-have cream eyeshadow stick.
Searching for the best cream eyeshadow stick? Many will agree with this review when I say it’s the Laura Mercier Caviar Stick. These cream sticks have a foolproof application that blends and layers easily for a variety of eye looks. They are long wearing with minimal fading, smudging, and transfer, but can crease some when worn without an eye primer. Personally, I can overlook the creasing as it isn’t all that bad, and usually happens after the 6 hour wear mark. Caviar Sticks come in a variety of matte, shimmer, and chrome shades that will work for nearly every makeup look.
